I haven’t bought many new clothing items this summer because of everything going on with the pandemic (finances & avoiding shopping too much), but I did get some new things from H&M. Every time I go there I go straight to the sale section because I am a big sucker for clearance clothing. If you have been following my blog for a while, I’m sure you know. But also, their clothes aren’t the best quality so I don’t like to pay full price for them because it’s usually not worth it. This puff-sleeve top is one of the new items that I found. I actually love it so much. I almost returned it because it’s super tight and really hard to get on. There is no sort of closure. Once you actually get it over your head it fits perfectly. It’s one of those styles that really needs to fit tight to stay up properly. I’ve been seeing this kind of square neckline with the puffy sleeves a lot this summer. I know it’s really in style. At first I wasn’t a big fan but once I tried it on, I loved it. It’s nice because you can wear it on or off your shoulders too. What drew me to it was the floral print. It’s just such a romantic floral pattern. I reminds me of and English country garden.
I chose to wear this outfit to go for a quick walk by the ocean in Rancho Palos Verdes. My dog really needed to get out and it’s such a nice place to take him. We go there pretty often because it’s free, beautiful, and dogs are welcome. This puff-sleeve top is not too dressy for hiking but makes you look slightly more dressed up, like you put in a little effort.
