2019 Was the Best Year

Here are some of the reasons 2019 was the best year of my life so far!

At the beginning of the year I flew home to Indiana.

It was to celebrate my sister’s wedding.

We went whale watching and saw whales!

We went to the Lake Elsinore Poppy Fields and they were incredible.

We took a road trip to Big Sur,

and my husband and I got married

We went to Kauai

on our honeymoon and saw the Na’Pali Coast, which was my number 1 travel goal of my life.

The second part of the honeymoon was Maui, which was also amazing!

Then we went on a little weekend trip to Death Valley National Park

I flew back to Chicago/Indiana for my own wedding reception.

It was a really fun and busy week.

We did a day trip in San Diego.

I saw my first major surf competition, the U.S. Open of Surfing.

We took a spontaneous trip to Joshua Tree National Park and camped for a night under the stars.

We went to a lot of really amazing beaches, including my favorites in Laguna Beach.

We spent four days in Yosemite National Park

. We hiked the Mist Trail and it was one of the best hikes of my life.

We did a day trip to Big Bear Lake to see the Autumn leaves.

I went to Disneyland for my 31st birthday. It was a perfect b-day.

I got my first job really working in fashion. I work as a sample coordinator for Nordstrom Rack and Hautelook.

We took another Day trip to San Diego and went back to La Jolla Cove.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary together on NYE. We have been together the entire decade! We have almost been married a year.
