4th of July in the OC, Fancy Fashion Castle

Happy 4th of July again! This year my husband and I spent the holiday in Orange County. We went to the beach in Laguna pretty early. We spent a few hours in the sun. We were sitting in the sand when the California earthquake struck and we felt a few jolts. That was the largest one that we had felt (until now while I’m writing this post, we had another large one). Then we went home, made some turkey burgers, and ate apple pie. After that we went to see fireworks in Huntington Beach. The fireworks were pretty good but the grand finale was really amazing. I also tried my first churro. I’m not a huge fan but I had been wanting to try one. It was a really great 4th of July.

This is what I wore this year. It is a romper that I bought for my honeymoon. It just so happened to be red and seemed super appropriate. I love it so much. the style is super cute and it’s very comfortable. Sorry, it is no longer available but it is from Asos.
