No, this building did not inspire this outfit.  I just came across it and decided to use it as my background for these photos.  I found this skirt fabric while fabric shopping for a project, for my college design class.  I never needed it, so I made it into a skirt.  I made the necklace one night, when I was feeling particularly creative.  The earrings I just picked up because I have been looking for cameo earrings.  I think they are so cute.  Lauren Conrad has so many cute earrings out right now.  This look just makes me think of cotton candy.  I’m sure it’s because of the colors and texture.  But, I like it.
