Last of London
Somerset House
St. Pancras Station
Neal’s Yard
Primrose Hill
Happy Thanksgiving! I wanted to throw together a new blog post while I wait for the time to go Black Friday shopping. These are the last few photos that I wanted to share from London. They are pretty much all at different locations, so I will talk about each one individually.
-We stopped by Somerset House because I’ve heard from other bloggers that the architecture is beautiful. I totally agree. The courtyard is such a nice spot.
-I took this picture of St. Pancras when we got back from Paris. It’s so big and incredible. I’m pretty sure that this is where Platform 9 3/4 is located. We were inside the station and actually forgot to check it out. I’m a little bummed but I know I’ll go back someday.
-Visiting Liberty London was at the top of my list. I have been wanting to go for SO many years. I love the floral prints that they create. I’m a longtime fan of florals and they make some of the best. The store itself is a dream. It’s so large, with so many treasures inside. It kind of reminds me of if Anthropologie were a department store. I bought a Christmas ornament from there.
-We came across this little river area while we were walking around. We were in search of crumpets and found a bakery that makes them and has the best salted caramel cake. I can’t remember the name of it but we were walking to a bus stop and found this river.
-Visiting Neal’s Yard was on my list purely because it looks so cool. It’s a little hidden shopping areas that has a bunch of colorful stores. It’s kind of hard to find because it’s hidden in a courtyard, if I remember correctly.
-We wanted to go to Primrose Hill because it has amazing views of the skyline. It’s not too big of a hill but just big enough. It would be the perfect spot for a picnic if it were summer.
