New Blue Car!

          I haven’t really talked about this much on my blog, but I have been looking for a new car for so long.  I finally found one this past weekend.  My last one was totaled by a drunk driver while my fiancé and I were driving up to Big Sur.  You can read more about that HERE.   It’s been really hard to be car-less for so long (a little over 2 months).  I haven’t not had a car since I got my license well over 10 years ago.  My last car was a 2013 Toyota Corolla and I loved it so much.  Actually, I had just gotten it about a year and a half before it got totaled.  Originally I wanted to get the same car because it held up so well in the crash.  Neither one of us were injured at all.  Sadly, all of the ones I could find just had too many miles for the asking price.  Luckily, I was able to find something just as good.  I got this little guy.  It’s a 2017 Toyota Yaris.  I really wanted a blue car and I’m really happy with it because the size is good for parallel parking and the interior is very similar to my last car.  Since it’s little and blue, it kind of reminds me of a whale.  Also, the front kink of resembles a whale’s mouth.  I named it Moby, after Moby Dick.  Yes, I’m one of those people that names their cars.
