This week I went to the zoo with two of my sisters and my little cousins (which I was babysitting). It was a pretty chilly day and I didn’t really have any clothes to wear because I am packing for a trip, so I borrowed these pants from my sister. Even though we are fourteen years apart, we can still share clothes. I have been wanting to wear them ever since she bought them because I think the pattern is really pretty.

We visited one of my favorite zoos. It’s the closest one to my house, and really close to the beach. It’s very small and rundown but I still love it. I have been going there since I was really little and I’ve watched it change over the years. What I love most about it is the atmosphere. There are a bunch of brick paths through a wooded area, with a lookout tower. Peacocks are always roaming around, you can just go right up to them. It’s just a unique little zoo.
