I’ve been working on this skirt for over a year. I bought the fabric probably two years ago and kept putting it aside. It was one of those projects that you start and never finish, but I finished it. When I saw this fabric I fell in love because of the colorful rose design. I also love how it’s printed on organza. I think organza is one of the coolest fabrics because it’s shiny and stiff. I just love how it looks and lays. I find the movement of it to be really beautiful. Maybe I should finish some of those other projects that I start and put aside.
