Smocked Pinafore Dress

          I found this dress recently and knew I had to have it.  I love pinafore dresses and smocking individually, but together it’s extra special.  I’ve never seen a dress like this.  It just feels so unique.  I think I need to hem it a bit after looking back at these photos, but It’s still so cute.  I wore it today in Solvang, CA.  My family took a little drive to Solvang and spent a lot of the day there.  I feel like this dress fit right in.  I love to dress for the destination.  If you haven’t been to Solvang, I highly recommend it.  It’s a cute Dutch town about two hours north of L.A.  I have several older posts from there HERE, HERE, and HERE.  

          These photos were actually taken in Santa Barbara though.  We stopped to get food on the way home and I took these blog photos.  I will be working on  a YouTube video about Solvang that will be up eventually.  I don’t have a lot of followers on Youtube but that’s okay.  It’s more of a hobby.  I really don’t put much effort into it.  I just like to upload my travel videos so that I can look back at them.
