I found this dress when I was in Panama City Beach, Florida about a month ago. I love so many things about it. The floral embroidery is so pretty on the navy fabric. It’s loose and flowy. It’s just perfect. Best of all, it was super inexpensive because I got it from one of those huge souvenir shops that are all over Florida. I usually don’t find anything in them, but this time I did.
