I’m back with another post about a colorful speckled sweater.  I got this one for my birthday too.  I love this one because it is a long cardigan.  It’s a little bit warmer than short ones.  I especially love the colors in the yarn.  It just reminds me of Fruity Pebbles cereal or something, haha.  I have loved long cardigans since college (about 10 years ago).  I used to wear them over dresses all the time.  I feel like they still look really good paired with dresses, I just don’t wear dresses as often.  Nowadays, I mostly wear them with jeans.  I really love the look of them paired with a high-waisted skirt as well.

I also got this gigantic scrunchie for my birthday.  It was from Anthropologie’s clearance section.  I think it is super fun.  It’s really unique because the size is literally the same as my whole hand.  It has fringe around the outside too.  They had them in a bunch of different colors.  I’m pretty sure they are still available in some stores because I didn’t get it that long ago.  They only way I can really wear it is with a bun.  I feel like it is just too big to hold a ponytail or any other hairstyle.  I love the way it looks with a big bun on the top of my head.

We went to the park at the the Huntington Beach Public Library today to walk our dog and take these photos.  This is one of my favorite locations for blog posts because it such a large park.  It reminds me a lot of the parks in London.  Southern California is going into another lock down tomorrow, so it was a bit more crowded than normal.  It was a really good day hanging out with my family.
