     Today was amazingly sunny (and windy).  This means it’s a perfect day to wear sparkly things.  I made this necklace a few months ago, with the intention of selling similar ones on Etsy.  I’m still working on that.  I used a clear acrylic sheet, cut it, sanded it, made a stencil and painted the gold on back, then attached all of these Swarovski crystals.  They are incredibly sparkly and vibrant.  They are really hard to find though, which is a problem.  If anybody knows a place to buy them in large quantities, let me know please.  I am in love with Swarovski Fancy Stones in settings right now because a lot of jewelry that you find in stores has really cheap rhinestones.  It is a big pet peeve of mine when jewelry has dull or cheap looking stones.
