Penney           Saturday I spent the day in St. Joseph, Michigan for the Ice Fest.  It’s just a little festival where there are all sorts of activities throughout the weekend, revolving around ice carving.  There was a contest and some guys doing ice carving demonstrations while we were there.  Some of the carvings were really impressive.  There was a chair made out of ice that you can sit in.  That was pretty neat.  My favorite sculpture was the mermaid, it won second place.  Most of the shops in…
